                                      Senior End of the Year Information- Class of 2022

 

Dear Seniors and Juniors Eligible to Graduate,

 

The end of the school year is fast approaching. The following document provides important information for you on upcoming events, graduation practice, and graduation. The following information should be shared with your family and friends so they are informed as well. This is an exciting time for you and your family.  Please do not hesitate to contact the HS office if you have any questions. Thank you and Go Braves!!

Important Dates

 

May 2nd 

AP Testing starts

 

May 4th

NHS Induction Ceremony– HS Auditorium- 6:00pm

 

May 7th

Prom-Jr and Sr Class dues must be paid in order to purchase tickets. Tickets will be available on March 28th in the HS office. 

 

May 15th

Cap and Gown Pick Up-4:30-6pm- Cafe Lobby

 

May 16th

Cap and Gown Pick Up- 2:45-5pm- Cafe Lobby

 

May 20th

  • Senior Scholarship Awards- 8am- HS Auditorium
  • Senior and Junior Class will attend- Parents and Family of Scholarship recipients are allowed to attend. This event is not open to the public. 

 

May 23-25th

Finals– refer to the Final Exam schedule previously sent out. 

 

May 26th 

  • Senior Chromebook Return
  • A-L- 7:45-8:00am
  • M-Z- 8:00-8:15am 
  • ACE anytime between 8-12pm or from 2:30-3pm. Chromebook obligation must be fulfilled in order to walk at graduation. 
  • Graduation Practice– 11:45am or 6th pd in HS Gym– All graduates must attend. If you miss graduation practice, you cannot walk at graduation. There will be no exceptions for work or other circumstances. 
  • Graduates may leave for the day following graduation practice

 

May 27th

  • Last day of school- ½ day
  • Senior Chromebook Return- 8-2:40pm 
  • In order to walk, you need to be within 2 credits of the required 25 to be eligible to participate in graduation. 

May 31st

  • Graduation- HS Stadium at 7pm– All graduates must report to the HS Cafeteria by 6:15pm. If you are late, you do not walk. 
  • Following graduation, graduates will report to the HS library to get their diploma packets. Packets will be available from following graduation to 9:30pm.
